Brief History: Supervising the trial of an experimental gamma bomb for the U.S. Defense Department at a nuclear research facility in new Mexico, Dr.bruce banner selflessly rushed to the rescue of an ignorant teenager who had wandered onto the testing field as the countdown ticked inexorably to zero. After shoving young Rick Jones to safety in a nearby ditch, Banner was struck full-force by the bomb blast. He survived, but was irritated by the deadly gamma energy. The changes in his Genetic code led to transformation of the green Hulk. This was triggered by the release of adrenaline when he was intensely angered no matter what time of day. The green Hulk possesses Little of Banners memory and intelligence, and is easily enraged; making him a menace to society. Bruce Banner now seeks to find a way to cope with his burden and seeking a way to either control it or to rid him self of it totally. Bruce was walking the lonely road to Kansas wondering if he would make it to Kansas without another “incident” he hoped. He continued walking looking down the road un til out of the corner of his left eye he could see the beams of light and the rumbling of a truck come by. He held out his hand attempting to hail the pick up and get a ride. To his relief the truck pulled over next to the Bruce and the passenger side window was rolled down. “Where ya headed?” said the driver, Bruce banner responded “I am headed to Kansas.” The driver nodded and opened the door. “im on my way there. Hop in “he said with a warm friendly smile. Bruce now began to count the miles along with the worry’s the money in his savings was running out and he had his entire life in the backpack he brought with him, he left Betty because of fear of hurting her. The university would have everything he needed and teaching a class would help keep money in his pocket while he continued his research. In his hand he held a picture of Betty Ross and all he could do was close his eyes and dream of holding her again. | ||||||||||
